Manager is rude send been there twice and both times orders were messed up. Instead of fixing them they make it like it's your problem and they did nothing wrong. Cold foam is curdled and they don't keep it in a refrigerator or a bucket of ice so if you get cold foam, all you're getting is Curdled whipped cream. They take no care and what they do.
My coffee has turned out well the two times I’ve ordered. I have both times preferred for walk up but had to go in. If walk up isn’t an option it shouldn’t be a choice on the app. That alone was not a huge issue but I ordered an everything bagel that turned out to be more of a “some things” bagel. It was mostly naked. Grocery store bagels are better coated.
I stop here every morning omw to work. I use the Dunkin app, so my order is always ready with no issues... no even with having to request my bacon be fully cooked. The ladies are all friendly and smiles. I gave the atmosphere a 4 because the space is shared with 7-Eleven and can get congested with the morning rush... but, it's your one stop shop so that's a big plus!
