Takes a lot for me to leave a review, but this place is CRAZY
They’ve messed up my drink at least 3 orders in a row now? Last time I asked for it to be corrected, and a woman (who I believe is the manager?) visibly got angry and started talking loudly in another language while “fixing” my drink. Not a word to me 😭

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Dunkin. The employee was openly rude, dismissive, and had an obvious attitude from the moment I walked in. When I questioned the behavior, the excuse given was that they were dealing with personal problems. While I can sympathize with someone having a bad day, that’s not an acceptable reason to treat paying customers disrespectfully.

My coffee has turned out well the two times I’ve ordered. I have both times preferred for walk up but had to go in. If walk up isn’t an option it shouldn’t be a choice on the app. That alone was not a huge issue but I ordered an everything bagel that turned out to be more of a “some things” bagel. It was mostly naked. Grocery store bagels are better coated.
