As I’m writing this review, this Chipotle has been out of tortillas for at least the past two days. Completely ridiculous that I can’t order a burrito at Chipotle. Not an outlier at all - frequently something is wrong at this location. New management is needed.

Came to eat at 8, way before closing time.Was out of tortilla for burritos, rice under cooked and crunchy, no salsa and had to settle with the spicy one which ruined the experience in general.Place often doesn’t provide cup for water so no wonder people rarely eat there.

When we arrived at Chipotle during our lunch break, we were looking forward to a nutritious, tasty meal. What we got instead was everything but. When ordering, we were greeted by nice employees, who seemed to be instructed to give people as little food as possible. The store seemed to not have any ingredients, as they were missing: cheese, WATER CUPS, and the entire soda machine was missing syrup and was non-carbonated without warning. One of my friends bought a soda cup, just to find there to be no soda. "The worst soda cup of my life." In the end, we paid for the most sorry bowl I have seen, and while the employees were nice, the management must prioritize a positive eating experience over cutting corners to make profit. Change must be made before anyone should spend their money here over Amelia taquería.

I don’t know who the night manager is - but she’s SO rude. I paid over 50$ for my Uber eats order and it was SLOP. I had to physically drive in because I was not accepting yet another horrible order. My chips was darker than the paper bag, my tacos had enough meat and rice to feed an infant. Then half filled guac cups? When I went in, she didn’t even apologize. She rolled her eyes and in Spanish told the guy to “just give it to her”. I speak fluent Spanish and when I replied in Spanish, the shock on her face MADE my night. PLEASE re-evaluate who you promote to management. Also, they have music blasting SO loud and swearing non stop. Chipotle has been my favorite place to eat since my freshmen year at BC.. idk what happened over the years but I will NOT be back.

Worst experience ever.Put an order through iphone app, supposed to be ready for picking up at 5:40 PM. We arrived at 5:43PM and didn't find the order from the shelf. The order was lost and they eventually made another one. We have been waiting for 30 minutes in the store to get the order.* the App really sucks, it shows a bunch of nonsense, no order Number, no client Name, no order details, just the store location and order state* staff in the store don't value online order at all, it take long time even for them to listen to you . You have to stand close to the cashier and keep asking until finally someone will help you.

Nothing against the staff or service, just terribly overpriced food and amazed this place is still open after the e coli incident back in 2015-16. I hate chipotle, go to anna's or some other local chain or independent mexican/tex-mex

The employees lie to door dash drivers all the time saying someone stole it like how the hell y’all getting rob for burritos lazy young ppl they are extremely rude and one a lady lied said no more sour cream the main agreement I tried having a normal conversation until some lady butted in a stranger and they were rude saying they can’t stop ppl from stealing that’s silly how many chiptole use door dash and this location is an issue I’m not sure maybe the staff is all student by try need more effort .

In the less than 8 minute walk from this chipotle to my home, the bottom of the burrito bowl and the bag dissolved. There's dissolved cardboard in the burrito bowl, and the rice and bean juice spilled all over and inside the purse I was also holding.

Imagine sitting in line for 15 minutes watching the people ahead of you order and have their food made only to be told when you get to the front that actually they can't take any orders themselves and you need to do it all online, with absolutely no signage that this was the case, so now you need to go back to the beginning and start all over again. Why even bother going in that case?
