“Best quality McDonald’s food I’ve had in a long time and a clean/well managed establishment. I ate in and actually felt like I was eating at a legitimate restaurant. Manager was very friendly and is clearly great at his job given my experience at this location.“

“Had Mickey Dees for breakfast this morning and there was no long wait area clean friendly service and best of all my biscuits sausage egg and cheese was tasty. “Ordered a diet coke. The restaurant was struggling to fill orders. It took several minutes to get my drink. Other customers were pretty frustrated based on the wait. The diet coke was excellent, very consistent taste with other European McDonald's experiences.“

Kid-friendliness: Kids love Mc Donald and finding things for them is easy. From fries to burger, you will fi d something. Not a wide variety, but you will find something for a quick bite.“

“It's a good up to standard Mcd's; not sure what so many people think it's mid or bad. Sometimes they might make a mistake, but usually it be ok. Frequent pan handlers outside diminish the atmosphere, but it's not that bad at all.“

“I had a problem with a language barrier on the drive-thru. I asked her three times to fix the order. She told me it was fixed. When I got to pick up my order foolishly I drove away. It was wrong. They charged me full price for the two for $3 deal. I was upset“

“This was a McDonald's close to Fenway Park I was so hungry I dropped in for a quick cheeseburger and I'm glad this place was there! I enjoyed the friendly atmosphere by the employees! There was only one other customer in there at that time! I came to do normal karaoke at game on for a Saturday night but that fell apart for some reason so on the way to the train station at Kenmore I stopped in at McDonald's and that quick bite to eat absolutely revived to me and I was ready to head home back to Chinatown! I'm really grateful that McDonald's was there on the way to the Kenmore station for the Green line train to go home! I highly recommend it and they're great employees! Cheeseburger was absolutely delicious! And I was so hungry I ate it fast I didn't mean to but I was hungry I didn't get an upset stomach so I'm thankful for that but man it was so good right at that moment! 😀🙏😁“

“I requested a combo breakfast. The egg mcmuffin and home fries were made correctly. They got confused with a black coffee cream and sugar on the side. I received a coffee with cream no sugar. Every so often they get the orders correct. It's not rocket science. Hello...“

“Came here around midnight one saturday to find the drive thru closed. I already placed a mobile order and saw others at the window, so I went to see what was up. Turns out a bunch of late shift employees either never showed up or left, and it was down to one employee and one manager. Even so, they were incredibly polite and assured me if I ordered, I’d get my food. I had a good time hanging out in the drive thru talking to other customers, and when I got my food it was still hot and fresh. Huge thank you to Michelle and Diva for pushing through what I’m sure was a super difficult situation and being absolute professionals!“

“Despite negative reviews- I had no serious issues here myself. You just need to accept the area with the rampant drug use and you may be asked for a meal. HOWEVER the meal did take very long to come out (20 mins sitting in a drivethru parking spot) and I watched several cars parked go back inside to complain about what they got“
