“The food here was fresh and great, but the service was a little subpar as it took a long time for the food to come out. It was also very busy and there were barely any table to sit, but it's a small store so that can be excused. I still rate it 5☆ though because the food was very good even though everything else was iffy.“
“The service and the workers are very nice. However there is always and I mean always homeless and or drug addicts sitting and or nodding in the seats with all their belongings taking up numerous / booths / seats. I've never once seen the workers tell the drug addicts or homeless to leave. There's no reason why families should come into this establishment and see people nodding off high on whatever their injecting“
“Food was great but service is REALLY REALLY SLOW!!!!2/21/22-....Was there again tonight 2/21/22 and the service started off ok our sandwiches and fries came right up but we waited 15 mins for a medium strawberry shake and when they finally gave it to me the employee says this is the best we can do for strawberry ?.... it had zero pink color and very little ? flavor but after waiting 15 mins I was too annoyed to fight for the right product or to get my money back because I was in a rush to get some where else. But the comment is what ruffled my feathers for sure.... this is the best we can do right now!!! And to boot the whole time there was a manager standing v not to far hearing what was going on at the shake machine and heard what the girl said to me and just turned her back to me and continued her conversation with another employee in another language which made me uncomfortable especially when they both turned and looked at me then back at each other and started laughing really loud....I find that very unprofessional.... the last few weeks the service and quality of the food has really gone down....I THINK THE STORE MANAGER AND ALL OTHER MANAGERS NEED TO MEET AND ADDRESS THE ISSUES OF THEY DON'T ALREADY AND ALSO MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO ASSIST THEIR CREW WHEN AN ISSUE LIKE MINE HAPPENED INSTEAD OF SHRUGGING HER SHOULDERS..“
“Just the average McDonalds. I ordered on the mobile app and they did not receive it, so I reordered in store and the made the food quickly. Food was great and service was quick. However they only can do drive through or takeout orders as they don’t have tables, chairs, etc.“
“Had Mickey Dees for breakfast this morning and there was no long wait area clean friendly service and best of all my biscuits sausage egg and cheese was tasty. Biscuit was fluffy and egg sausage was right as well. My man enjoyed his sausage egg and cheese on a english muffin too. Thank you very much for making this interaction a awesome one!“
“They don't make the classic American cheeseburger like when they used to be 7 cents at the Lynnway McDonalds back when I was a kid in the 50s, but McDonalds still takes me back to the times of taking my children for Happy Meals (do they still have those?). I go now mostly for the nostalgia, and I'm happy they keep most of the menu items to keep me coming. My nagging wife disagrees, and so does my tailor, ha! The service here can get hectic, and it's a little slow, I don't do the drive thru, cause I believe in going in to have a nice personal interaction with the staff.“
“This is my 4th time ordering from them when I get to Boston. They are quick she took about a minute for my food and the order has been accurate all the times I’ve been here. It’s good to see that fast fresh food still exists. I love hot food! I’ve been to many Mc Donald’s and this one is one I’ve the better ones hands down. But then again it’s Boston“
“This McDonald's is usually good all the time..but that day the sandwiches were made very poorly..two people's sandwiches were made wrong, and my sandwich was cold, as well as the cheese was cold and not melted..it seemed like the burger was sitting in the bin for a long time already made and they put it in between the bun and pulled out a cold peice of cheese out of the fridge and just made the sandwich like that..I was very disappointed because I already was in the car and drove away while eating it..however, all the employees were very nice courtesy and polite and pleasant..it was the presentation of how the burger was made that was very poor and not desirable..the fries were Delicious and hot..I will give them another try..maybe it was just an off day for the cook or sandwich maker.“
“I went to the drive-thru for a pick-up order and was told I was goto have to park and come inside. This was so inconvenient for me since I'm disabled and the parking was inconvenient. I will keep going to the McDonald's that has no issue with me doing a pick-up order in the drive-thru.“
“I love this McDonald's! The staff is doing their best, the food is always great.Depends on the time you go, but at 2:30 pm there was no line. I've gone around 6 pm as well, and there is never a huge line.If you order in store, there is sometimes a wait.Manager is a nice lady.“
“I was surprised to find that I only had to wait for three minutes to get some fries from here. As I entered the restaurant, I noticed that there was no one waiting at the cash register, and there were only a handful of people inside. However, the drive-through seemed quite busy, with a long line of cars. The seating area was clean. The service was excellent, and both the staff and customers were polite.“
“Their staffs are friendly. They are able to send food to your table, and give you ketchup. You can always find a seat, free refills (except McCafé), and rest room. If you know how to combine discount, deals and rewards on your app, the cost will not be high.“
“A lot has changed since going here from my childhood to now, I love the kiosks which I know is a national thing but still. Also drive thru pickup is easy and simple and they get it done pretty quick! I've done parking lot pick up where they bring it to your car and it's gone good. After what I assume some BOH changes my orders have been correct recently! I dine in sometimes and the interior is fine, small televisions on the wall and decent booths, easy access to drinks, though there are spills sometimes, but it is to be expected. This mcdonalds has a special place in my heart ❤️“
“Food is good and staff is friendly but you can only get drive thru and to go…due to the overwhelming amount of homeless people in the area…dining in is not allowed.Parking: Lots of open, available and accessible parking spaces.Kid-friendliness: They have the kids menu and the happy meals which are great for kids!Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.“
“In & out quick order right warm and hot, I go in the mornings. Big breakfast hotcakes med orange, mcgridle.. I would like to thank the staff, even tho ya'll get the short end of the stick, rude people with attitudes making it sometimes hard for ya'll. Thank you guys.“
