McDonald's in Boston

“FYI: I don't support McDonald's price gouging Americans. There was little wait time, the employees were friendly and accommodating, and there were many options. The only issue is that the building is a bit small. My experience was largely positive.“

“Had Mickey Dees for breakfast this morning and there was no long wait area clean friendly service and best of all my biscuits sausage egg and cheese was tasty. Biscuit was fluffy and egg sausage was right as well. My man enjoyed his sausage egg and cheese on a english muffin too. Thank you very much for making this interaction a awesome one!“

“Ordered a diet coke. The restaurant was struggling to fill orders. It took several minutes to get my drink. Other customers were pretty frustrated based on the wait. The diet coke was excellent, very consistent taste with other European McDonald's experiences.“

“I requested a combo breakfast. The egg mcmuffin and home fries were made correctly. They got confused with a black coffee cream and sugar on the side. I received a coffee with cream no sugar. Every so often they get the orders correct. It's not rocket science. Hello...“

“Came here around midnight one saturday to find the drive thru closed. I already placed a mobile order and saw others at the window, so I went to see what was up. Turns out a bunch of late shift employees either never showed up or left, and it was down to one employee and one manager. Even so, they were incredibly polite and assured me if I ordered, I’d get my food. I had a good time hanging out in the drive thru talking to other customers, and when I got my food it was still hot and fresh. Huge thank you to Michelle and Diva for pushing through what I’m sure was a super difficult situation and being absolute professionals!“

“I love McDonald’s, but this location has a lot of problems with a lot of drug activity in the area, which is not good for your family or kids. Also the customer service even though they try hard to do good by others. They have trouble doing so because of the stress of the drug activity in this McDonald’s people have died in their bathrooms from drug overdoses if you’re hungry and go to the drive-through you’ll probably be met by drug addicts that will beg you to buy them food. It’s an every day nonstop bad habit and the government has no power over this. It’s sad. McDonald’s is not known to be in this type of environment, but this one should be shut down what they should do after they shut this McDonald’s down is due or create a detox for all the addicts in the area. Forgive me if I discouraged you, but I thought you should know before you bring your family here at the end of the day they still will serve you the same food that you choose from McDonald’s, but do it wisely and don’t bring your kids here.“
