The only other people in the restaurant were people waiting for their pickup orders, not people who needed to order at the counter. I asked him a basic question, and he couldn't even go to the back to check. At every other McDonald's locations I've been to, the employees who I asked questions were able to answer them. McDonald's is a welcoming spot where memories are made. Despite being crowded, the atmosphere is lively and kid-friendly. The service is polite and smiling, and the coffee is very affordable. The self-service ordering machine is used to order food, but some customers have found it difficult to use, especially those who prefer to pay in cash or have visual impairments. The food is generally described as normal, but there have been some issues with the preparation and service, including a lack of communication from employees. While the convenient location and amenities like internet access make it a popular stop, the limited seating can be a challenge for some visitors.
