I've been meaning to write this review for sometime, because Lisa and her staff absolutely deserve their flowers. We have used Tex's BBQ express for our annual staff cookouts for years. When we send out the invitation one of the first questions that are asked is "are we getting food from Tex's?" The staff are so polite, accommodating, and easy to work with.
