“I am absolutely amazed this is the only Duncan's location out of literally all of them across Massachusetts that I've been to that had the perfect tasting New Ham croissant everywhere else the croissant comes out cold in the Middle with a horrible freezer burn taste this one tasted amazing“
“Food and service were delicious and very pleasant!However the stop before Dunkins I couldn't do anything but notice a guy standing inside the building, facing out towards the public such as myself as he viciously vomited ...It was not what AI wanted to see before buying food. And the amount, the time spent, as well as the sound effects - perfected by the lack of any attempt to shield his vomiting from the public attention at all was disgusting.However I also noticed he was in very rough shape, and may have been suffering from homelessness having had a shopping cart full of belongings with him - and a tough appearance.I asked him if he was okay and needed anything such as water or food, but he declined unfortunately.“
“Good dunkin' location in Harvard Square. Generally has pretty good service but I've been burned a few times in the past so make sure to doublecheck your receipt after ordering and let the staff know if theres a mistake. The staff are very friendly! There is also good outdoor seating!“
“Very tasty sandwiches plus the counter cashier can speak good Urdu and Hindi despite belonging from Nepal.Rates are reasonable and not overpriced at all. 24 hours service makes it a popular place for food if you arrived late night in the city. Defiantly going their again.“
“As with most Dunkin' locations, your drink can differ in taste day to day even if you order the same thing. Although, what makes this location special are the sweet employees who work here. Beatrice at the register is so kind and a gentleman at the counter asks what your order is if he sees you waiting for a while. Overall, my iced lattes are tasty and the service is wonderful!“

“I ordered a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant with an EXTRA sausage and I still only received 1 Patty instead of the 2 that I paid for. Last week I got a coffee and asked for oatmilk, I got almond milk, which did not taste as good as I was expecting oatmilk.The service is good and I order ahead, however I expect my order to be what I purchased. “The food is made great, as for the coffee just order it black and add what you want inside yourself. Workers pay you no mind and always have sad or angry faces on leaving the atmosphere in this store very dull and void of any positive energy.“
“The ladies/guys who work there are always attentive. You can see they are hard workers who probably have a family at home. But management DOESN'T ALLOW them to get tips! Every other coffee shop in the US allow their employees to make tips. Why is so special about Dunkin, that even "running" the country, it doesn't allow their poor workers to take a few extra bucks home everyday?“

Given that you purchased something, they have no problem with you sitting and chatting for a while.Vegetarian options: A few vegetarian options for food. Some are seasonal sadly.Dietary restrictions: There are dairy free options. They also offer splenda/zero calorie sweetener. I would be aware that their flavor swirls have sugar, and if you can't have that I would order their regular flavor shots and specify that to the barista. Not sure about other dietary restrictions.“
“Jeff is the best! First time in the area, and just needed a quick bite/iced coffee on a hot afternoon before seeing a show. Didn’t want to risk being late so when we saw this Dunkins as we walked towards the theater, we stopped in. Kids were indecisive but Jeff was patient with them, and just an overall joy to be around. When we travel, we look for dining we can’t experience at home but sometimes you are treated to a few minutes of friendly service at a regular chain and it makes your day! This will be our go-to when we return to the area. Thank you, Jeff!“
