This place is the horrible. The food…well it’s DD so you know what to expect. However I’ll touch on the level of service (or lack of). 2 of the woman who work there treat you as of you are an inconvenience to them. Always an attitude. The store could be empty and you’ll wait at the counter while she’s on her phone watching a YouTube video or on a FaceTime with someone. Similar experience as everyone else in the review with the Spanish blonde haired lady, who messed up the mobile orders of our entire group. When we asked her to fix our drinks she threw a fit. I complained to the manager Joan, but she was very defensive of the Spanish lady and did not try to help. Very poor customer service.

A nice standard dunkins. Never had an issue with any of their food or drinks. Employee was quick and nice.
