It takes over 30 minutes to wait in the drive thru line. Why? Other locations seem to have it together but this one location (no matter the time of day) cannot seem to get it together. I usually avoid this location like the plague but it has been months so I figured I’d give them another shot, nope. Terrible idea. If you can go to any other Starbucks in the port Arthur/Nederland area.. do it.
TAKES TOOO LONG IN THE LINE! I don’t understand why it takes over 30min to wait in their line for just a coffee.....so better please
Sat in drive thru today for about 40 minutes. I hate this place, but it’s here or Beaumont. Time for a corporate raid to get things ship-shape. Staff turnover time. New management. Something.
