I ordered from this location a number of times in past, through both uber eats and drive through and the experience has generally been fine.
This time, I ordered via uber eats, and it took around 40mins for my food to be finished before the driver can even get the food. Not only is the wait time really long for 5 items, there was a missing item and the burgers were drenched in mayo. Excellent customer service, great place for kids
Last time I was here people were stepping on roaches. This time, they're too busy to do their jobs...

McDonald's in Cambridge offers the typical food customers expect, with attentive staff and a clean atmosphere. The restaurant is small and a bit cramped, which may affect comfort during busy times. There is no drive-thru available, making it less convenient for those who prefer that service. While the Big Mac could be bigger for the price, there are good deals on value menu sandwiches. An employee is often stationed at the soda machine for walk-in customers due to a broken machine behind the counter, which can create a line. The bathrooms are single-person and not the cleanest. The restaurant has plenty of free parking and wheelchair access from the parking lot. Although it may not be the best McDonald's, it still provides a good experience with delicious food and affordable drink options.
