There's surprisingly no drive-thru here. (The other McD's in Cambridge also doesn't have one). So, if you don't want to get out of the comfort of your car, you may want to haul over to the one off Route 28 (in Somerville) instead. If you dare to go inside this one, prepare to be standing around for a bit. It's always been busy - always.Wheelchair accessibility: There is no curb for any of the shops in the Fresh Pond Mall. Wheelchair users should be able to access the restaurant fine from the parking lot.

The food was delicious, but they could make The Big Mac a tad bit bigger for the price we paid. They did have a decent deal for two value menu sandwiches. I was able to get one McChicken and one double cheeseburger for $3.99 total. And you can't go wrong with the fountain drinks for $1.29 for a large. And they offer senior drinks. My friend was able to get a hot tea for 89 cents. The restaurant was clean and had a good atmosphere. All in all, it was a very good experience.

Worst experience I ever had. I was ignored after waiting along time to order standing in front of the cash register patiently waiting and then they started helping people behind me without even acknowledging me. If I was starving to death I still wouldn't go there ever again. Not fast bad service disrespectful.

They close down most of the seating almost 5 hours before the store actually closes, and tend to be very unpleasant about for here orders. I don't think it makes sense to keep table markers out if you're not going to serve tables. Whipped cream is also regularly forgotten on the smoothies when asked for. Had to ask for it to be added to my drink after it was made this most recent time, with the cup not even being full.

The fact that I'm leaving a yelp review is appalling, including the other amount of people that have as well. Will this location ever get their stuff together I'm not sure. I ordered tonight and ordered 3 things, just three. The fact that I ordered a cheeseburger, fries, and nuggets and only received cold fries is appealing. When I called back I had to call 9 times before an answer. When the manager answered she said " they're busy" that's why I didn't receive any of my items. When I said we'll I paid for all three items and it was unacceptable she proceeded to yell at me and put me off the hook and proceed to call me all sorts of swear words with the kitchen, while I was on the phone. I'm not sure the name, but I will get to the bottom of this since I live nearby. I hope this location gets there stuff together it makes me sick!

I was threatened at McDonald’s on alwifebrook pkwy.they locked the bathroom and didn’t give me my food I ordered they gave me a different order. That order was also cold.

Standard McDees. I almost always get chicken Mcnuggets. Just read an article that, when first introduced, they offered both dark and white meat versions. To me, dark meat chicken is at least 3 times better than white meat. So sad the dark is not available now. (Have to track down where all that dark meat chicken is going, ?)
