“This is a small coffee bar with limited indoor seating and a nice backyard patio with additional seating. They also serve Vietnamese small plates which are tasty but the portions are a bit small for the price. There is no table service. You order your food and find a place to sit. They call you up to get your food when it’s ready and you’re expected to bus your own tables when done. Friendly staff.“

“Swung by trying to find a cozy coffee shop, similar to my favored home shop, and succeeded! Good place to hang in and read a book and retreat from the cold. Good vibes!
Tried the malt cold brew, very tasty, would recommend. I liked it slightly more diluted for less sweetness.“

“1369 is a smaller coffee shop and cafe located within Inman Square, with other locations spread throughout the Boston/Cambridge Area.
The service was fast, friendly, and the service was busy but quick, as we got our order quite quickly.
The breads were good, pretty standard and tasty bread. The matcha however left a lot to be desired. We got an oat milk matcha latte with maple syrup added in, and unfortunately this combo didn't seem to work. It was very sweet and watered down quickly with no matcha taste. We've heard good things about the other drinks, so we'd have to try the others first, but this time wasn't appealing.“

“We were visiting from out of town and were recommended by a friend to try this cafe out. It was absolutely amazing. The prices were extremely reasonable and the pastries themselves were fantastic. They looked incredible and tasted wonderful. I was able to get a decent London Fog in Boston (which is something I had a hard time finding). I got a coffee bean pastry which had an amazing chocolate/coffee mousse flavor (and texture)! My son got a cinnamon roll which he loved. My other son was having a hard time choosing and the person behind the counter was so sweet and gave him a cream filled pastry that they had extras of. This cafe is high end, but without the high end price tags. If I’m ever in Boston again, I will definitely come back. 1000% would recommend.“
“An awesome place. I went there for a movie night and tried their beer, their lager was really good. I stopped by again today just to pick up my credit card and was pleasantly surprised to see that in the morning they serve coffee and have breakfast options as well.“

“The Little Crepe Cafe is a neighborhood within a neighborhood. Warm and welcoming, the crepes are delicious, and it is a fun gathering place. The owners have created a community, with chess nights on Wednesdays and open mic poetry on Fridays, that is unique in all of Cambridge. Every time I am nearby I think about trying a new restaurant, but The Little Crepe Cafe draws me back in. A sweet moment of Paris when in Boston.“

“Wow. Just wow! This offering/experience is a gem amongst gems. The cheesecake is phenomenal and the story of the makers is also really sweet. I got to sample the durian during my pick up of the (special wrapped) LNY sesame flavor! They were both so heavenly—friggin creamy yet delicate at the same time. Like how. Really happy I got to share this impeccable treat with friends and look forward to ordering again for future special occasions.“

“Simply the best! The Little Blue Bakery was the talk of the party for my daughters Graduation Party. Not only is the food cart ridiculously charming, the food, drinks, and coffee were such a hit. I loved working with Hannah and didn’t realize all her treats are HOME MADE. I was so happy to have discovered this hidden gem and to introduce @thelittlebluebakery to Metro West.“

“It was just another day of Ivy League networking for this metropolitan girl. After inhaling more liquid than I could hold (I nearly leaked myself in front of a prospect!), i sprinted to tatte’s single person restroom. A smooth man came out just in time. As I put my hand out to open the door, he said “oh no, someone’s still in there”. I quivered and stomped my right foot for two minutes in confusion until a second man exited the same restroom (were they brothers? sure looked like it!). First I wondered what they were doing together in there. Then I said to myself “hey! don’t judge, some people need help in the bathroom.” He had a big smile on his face. So did I!“

“This is our favorite go to bagel spot in our neighborhood. Staff is always friendly, fresh bagels, and quick. Online ordering is a great option when you’re on the go. We love getting their bagels by the dozen for the house as they stay fresh for awhile. Highly recommend!“
“I visited the tea shop while visiting family nearby to check out their selection of oolong teas from Taiwan. The staff helped me pick out a few choices. I was blown away by a couple of the teas and was surprised when I looked back at my receipt. Very fair prices for the level of tea. Highly recommend.“

“GREAT coffee and more importantly great service. The staff are all friendly and chatty, and more importantly make good coffee. I don't know what is up with all the negative reviews.
The vibe of this place is very similar to many coffee shops in the UK and Europe, which is good. I like that the staff seem to take care when making drinks, and that they talk to customers and each other. If you want a corporate Starbucks production line then go there.
*EDIT: one note to the ownership - you're in the heart of MIT so people will want to use laptops here. Unfortunately the Wi-Fi is almost unusable. Maybe this is deliberate to discourage table hogging. If I could have worked for longer I would keep buying drinks, but had to move on due to poor Wi-Fi“

“A bakery where craftsmanship is visible before the first bite, because the display already signals that the team cares about texture, finish, and restraint. The laminated pastries show real technical control, with crisp outer layers giving way to a light, airy interior, and the fillings are balanced enough to let the dough still matter. Their babkas are especially gorgeous: babka is a rich, braided yeast bread of Eastern European Jewish origin, traditionally filled with chocolate or cinnamon, baked so that each slice pulls apart into soft, ribboned strands with caramelized edges. Here, that contrast between tender crumb and slightly crisp exterior is handled with precision. The ingredients taste high quality, and the value is not just in the price but in the sourcing, preparation, and plating, with each item looking carefully finished rather than mass-produced. A real stamp of excellence is the La Marzocco coffee machine and the fact that espresso is served in actual ceramic tazzine, a small but telling detail that says a lot about standards. Service is efficient and calm, and the room has a clean, modern energy that works well whether you are grabbing something quickly or pausing with coffee. Items are consistently served at the right temperature, which helps both aroma and texture come through clearly. Best move: go mid-morning for the strongest selection, especially if you want first choice of the babkas.“
“This Starbucks is a MUCH better option than the Lechmere pickup. The fact that im in this area 3-4x/week and have never known about this Starbucks being here and public for all shows how much they need to advertise. Even my friend who lives here didn’t know about it.
You just go up the escalator and there it is - It’s modern, lots of seating with natural light, i might sit here for work more than the Tatte.“

“Place was pretty cool. They serve breakfast and lunch here. Friendly staff working and great neighborhood. The most amazing display of humanity was displayed by a customer named Maria who i believe worked at the registry of deeds. She paid for a woman who was having language barrier issues meal. The lady wanted a sub but she and the cashier couldn't figure it out. So she pointed out things and was able to order the meal for the older woman. What a great place and awesome hunan being“

“The pizza here was soooo good! And for two slices, a side of ranch and a big chocolate chip cookie it’s no more than $9. The employees were also so sweet. I accidentally left my phone, called and they already had it saved for me to grab. We went back and got two more slices. As we were leaving one of the employees came out to give my boyfriend his hat lol. Sure sweet people and great food. If you want good pizza for sure try this place out.“

“We’ve been eating here a few times a year (other than during Covid) for about 10 years we’ve never had anything other than exceptional food. The sticky bun is the star of the show (aka for extra goo!!!!) but everything that is to your personal taste is fantastic.“

“Solid little neighborhood cafe in Mid-Cambridge.
Dropped by a couple times after work, and both times, the vibe was super chill. It’s located in a quiet residential pocket, so you won’t see many students cramming for finals. Instead, it’s mostly locals reading, chatting, or just enjoying the calm vibes. Plenty of open seats even during the peak lunch hours.
Barismo clearly take their coffee seriously. Full roasting setup/equipment and a bunch of kegs to store freshly brewed coffee. Unfortunately, my nitro cold brew was from the tail end of the keg, so it lacked some of the aroma, but still had a nice velvety body and those signature bubbles on top. Definitely trying a fresher pour next time.
Food is pretty simple here, but everything I’ve tried was solid. No frills, just warm and satisfying. The burrito could’ve used more salsa or hot sauce, but the quesadilla plate came with curried cauliflowers that added a nice twist. Prices are fair, portions are reasonable, and the whole place just feels unpretentious.
Still doesn’t top Cicada or Pepita for me, but if you’re nearby, it’s a good option.“

“OGGI is not one thing. Looking like a pizzeria at first glance, it is! With large inexpensive slices. But check out the menu of creative burgers and my own fave, a caprese smoked salmon sandwich with pesto. The high-end comfort food cooked with love by Steve is perfectly complemented by wine, beer, and full-bar offerings. Free jazz Thursday evenings and low-cover gigs many nights make this not just another pizza joint but a full- service jazz bar. Best post-pandemic discovery in the Square.“

“It's a nice location which attracts alot of people. It's convenient to the MBTA. It can get crowded and the line can be long at peak times. But it moves fairly fast. It has a bright and modern atmosphere. The staff was friendly. The food was good. There is outdoor seating available which is great in good weather and for dogs. There are some nice walking trails nearby if you want to walk after eating. The rest rooms are clean and modern. The prices are on par with other cafes. Overall it is a pleasant place to meet and a great location.“
