“I can't recommend Korean Momma enough! We ordered an OG Burnt Basque Cheesecake for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was honestly the best Basque cheesecake we've ever had. The texture was perfectly creamy and custardy with that beautifully caramelized top, and the flavor was incredible, not overly sweet and just absolutely delicious.

What made the experience even more special was how kind and accommodating Su Jean and Duly were. They were able to make a special order for us outside of their regular drop schedule, which completely surprised my boyfriend and made his birthday so memorable. They even included an extra slice of their chocolate Basque cheesecake, which was such a thoughtful surprise.

If you're looking for a cake outside one of their scheduled drops, I'd absolutely recommend reaching out to ask about a special order. They were wonderful to work with, and the extra effort meant so much to us.“

“I don’t drink coffee and trying to find someplace that has good Matcha can be challenging I have found often times fast food franchise places will serve what they think is Matcha or the equivalent of Lipton‘s and it’s not even actually Lipton’s. It might be GLipton’s or The Temu version of Matcha this place is absolutely amazing. I want to live in their lobby.“

“We were visiting from out of town and were recommended by a friend to try this cafe out. It was absolutely amazing. The prices were extremely reasonable and the pastries themselves were fantastic. They looked incredible and tasted wonderful. I was able to get a decent London Fog in Boston (which is something I had a hard time finding). I got a coffee bean pastry which had an amazing chocolate/coffee mousse flavor (and texture)! My son got a cinnamon roll which he loved. My other son was having a hard time choosing and the person behind the counter was so sweet and gave him a cream filled pastry that they had extras of. This cafe is high end, but without the high end price tags. If I’m ever in Boston again, I will definitely come back. 1000% would recommend.“

“I visited the tea shop while visiting family nearby to check out their selection of oolong teas from Taiwan. The staff helped me pick out a few choices. I was blown away by a couple of the teas and was surprised when I looked back at my receipt. Very fair prices for the level of tea. Highly recommend.“

“My husband brought me here to try the baked goods and it was so delightful! We got a chocolate cookie sandwich (not pictured) and a passionfruit meringue-topped dessert that I forget the name of. “Very friendly, food is made fresh EVERYDAY. I personally have tried everything they have yet but the cookies, chocolate croissant, chai, (had a seasonal jasmine chai that was SOOO good, sadly it’s gone) but it’s wonderful here. I would say it’s a bit pricey just keep that in mind.“

“From NJ, I've had great pizza. 1st time in Boston, and Anthony's Pizza is Excellent 👍, it's better to take out than dine in. Got a large veggie pizza, not as large as Jersey does but it's tasty, fresh tomato sauce and veggies, dough is soft, thin and slightly sweet. “We’ve been eating here a few times a year (other than during Covid) for about 10 years we’ve never had anything other than exceptional food. The sticky bun is the star of the show (aka for extra goo!!!!) but everything that is to your personal taste is fantastic.“

“Tatte always hits well on all fronts. Their drinks are always good, the space is tasteful and great for studying, working or meeting people. The few things I have tried as far as food goes have all been on point as well. Highly recommend this place.“

“This coffee shop is amazing as far as the quality of the coffee is concerned. It is part of a chain of 99 shops located on the East Coast (Boston, Washington and NY) and West Coast (California) of the US, plus four shops in Chicago as well. There are also several shops in Asia (Japan, China, S. Korea and Singapore).

Blue Bottle is part of the 3rd Wave Coffee movement, a primary feature of which is the use of single-origin beans. The quality reflects this as the Bella Donovan pourover that I had was one of the smoothest coffees I've ever tasted. It's hard to find good strong coffee that tones down the bitterness, and this was hands down the best I've had the privilage of trying. The only downside is that they are priced accordingly ($6.50 per cup). I'll pay it on occasion if I can get this sort of quality, however. I also had a very nice piece of banana bread to enhance my coffee experience. The cafè itself offers pleasant, cozy environs to sit with your food and drink to relax for a while. I will be sure to stop in this shop again when I'm back in Cambridge.“

“This Starbucks is a MUCH better option than the Lechmere pickup. The fact that im in this area 3-4x/week and have never known about this Starbucks being here and public for all shows how much they need to advertise. Even my friend who lives here didn’t know about it.

“A hidden gem for creative latte & matcha drinks. I initially stumbled upon it to get a few macarons, and I ended up coming back here frequently for lattes. The fancier lattes (eg dubai chocolate latte, lavender cream) usually takes a while to come out (because they are made fresh & usually have multiple layers / ingredients) and it could feel intimidating to wait, but every time the latte comes out very nicely both in terms of presentation and taste. Also very customizable (you can just tell the staff to adjust syrup amounts or replace one flavor with something else, etc).“

We ordered the regular shakshuka and a breakfast croissant, but honestly the food tasted pretty average and felt a bit below the standard of other locations.
