“Only reason 4/5 for atmosphere is that they turned down the lights drastically at around 7 PM weekdays, it was too dark to see your meal properly.

However by then my meal was finished.
Ramen is delicious, I didnt ask for chili oil as broth was sufficient alone.

Ordered one sushi and it was one roll but loosely wrapped in seaweed.

Service is quick, I would be surprised if anything takes more than 10 mins.

If you with a group, get a table. Two or a pair can share side by side bar/top seating.“

“My sister-in-law just sent me and my wife a door dash order to cheer us up, with cold brew and two pains au chocolat. I took one bite and… wow. Buttery but light and flaky, cooked just right - understated perfection in a bag! I grew up in France, and this is honestly one of the best French pastries I have had in 28 years living in the US. Even in France it's not every day you find one this good! We’ll be going there for more, can’t wait to try what else they have to offer!“

“This restaurant was recommended to us. Hand rolled noodles isn’t something you can get in rural Maine. The noodles we delicious. The waitstaff was attentive. The restaurant was clean and lively. They customized a dish for my daughter (no spice) and her dish was just as flavorful considering they omitted items. We tried an assortment of appetizers and main entrees and my only recommendations would be to get a side of rice for a $1 so you can soak up all the delicious sauce and flavors. Even the tea was good. Bathroom was clean. Food was fresh. And try the thousand layers honey cake. I think everyone will find something to like here. If I am ever in Providence, I will 💯 go again.“

Online ordering was time efficient for everyone and child friendly in a location that is generally very child unfriendly.“

“A hidden neighborhood gem we discovered while visiting Boston this past weekend. Our hotel was situated in a bit of a no-man’s land that made it difficult to do our usual walking to find good coffee in the AM but I’m glad we persisted. I found the Black Sheep Market after a refusal for settling for DD coffee. This spot was a brisk 10 min walk from our hotel- we got there shortly after doors opened on Sunday and while coffee drew us in we quickly discovered their incredibly solid selection of store made donuts and baked goods. I am going to be dreaming about the Boston Creme donut I left with for some time. Nothing better on the planet when it comes to donuts than that one right there. My husband ordered a cinnamon and sugar donut which he exclaimed melted in his mouth, and for our son who had been studying French- a chocolate croissant- delectable! The coffee - the reason we went at all- was hot, fresh, and delicious. Also warmed our hands on the cold walk back to the hotel for a bonus! The shop itself offered a wide variety of other goods - which we didn’t need that particular morning, but I’d love to have just around the corner if I lived in this Cambridge area neighborhood.

“Ube all day!!! 💜 Finally checked out Ube Kafe in Somerville and it did not disappoint. We tried the ube tiramisu, ube cookies, ube coffee, and a few other treats and everything was so good. Such a fun spot if you love ube or just want to try something different. Definitely worth checking out and I’ll absolutely be back! 🥰“

“Went there last night after daughter's graduation with her boyfriend's family and her other friends. The bar was loud and very busy as expected but the servers and hosts were kind enough to accommodate us. But it was one particular bartender of Asian origin (I am an Asian myself) who was flustered the entire time we were there and we were not even ordering from her. It was a different bartender who was nice. And when I wanted to close the tab, she asked me something I couldn't hear and when I asked her again, she snapped so viciously, I was aghast. That was beyond rude and more like a criminal behavior towards a patron. I didn’t escalate it and left quickly but this perhaps is a repeat behavior from her and her attitude didn’t seem new. I hope the management/owners take notice of this. The way she behaved and looked flustered the entire time warrants termination, no less. This has nothing to do with the pub, the servers and bartender there are nice, except that one person who shouldn't have been employed.“

The margarita was clean and fresh, the food had all the flavors you want and the tacos came with beans and rice (other places in the area, its three tacos ONLY on the plate and rice & beans are extra). Coming from Arizona & Texas for the majority of my adult life, this is the only place I will go now in the future.

Having gluten and dairy allergies it’s hard to find a restaurant that is kind and respectful and understanding is hard but here they will make sure you have a fabulous safe meal. “I visited this French Cafe/bakery while I was visiting Boston from Staten Island, NY. It was within walking distance from the airbnb. I chose to visit it on my last day visiting Boston, that way I could take some special treats back home with me. Living in staten island, there are plenty of wonderful Italian bakeries to treat yourself to. But French pastries are a rare find. And praline was a unique gem. I ordered a spinach croissant made nice and toasty warm. A delicious mocha latte. And once I saw their variety of both sweet and savory items in the display, I couldn't help myself. I also ordered two eclairs, a spinach quiche, a chicken basque sandwich. And a package of madelines and macarons. Not a single item was a disappointment. I was especially surprised how flaky the crust of the quiche was. I just wished I took pictures to show off what I ordered. A great local spot.“

“Enjoying a delectable grilled turkey sandwich with a bottle of Alain Milliat strawberry juice, I was briefly interrupted by some rain falling (gently but persistently) in the generally delightful outdoor seating area. I brought it inside to resume my meal, now in a notably quiet (just about as though soundproofed) environment, taking into account outside the occasional roadwork as well as the occasional heavy traffic. For that matter, I enjoyed a little more completing that wonderful repast indoors. The relatively little service needed was consistently cheerful and pleasant and professional. While waiting, I stepped back and watched the team at Fresh Boston – Cambridgeside build my sandwich. The cleanliness, care, and attention to detail were immediately obvious. Everything looked organized, fresh, and intentional.

The sandwich itself was packed, fresh, and absolutely worth the price.
