“Deep Cuts is a great little spot to eat and catch a show. The food is good, and the staff is friendly and welcoming. The live space is small and intimate. There’s even a selection of vinyl records available for sale in the taproom!!!! I highly recommend it.“

“I ordered a Power Boost bowl through DoorDash and overall the bowl itself was delicious. Upon receiving it, I discovered it contained walnuts (which I have an allergy to) and the ingredient info on DoorDash did not list walnuts. I reached out to the store and they immediately updated the ingredient info and offered to remake the bowl, which I really appreciated.

After looking into this further, my bigger concern is with DoorDash. There is currently no option during the ordering process to list a food allergy or request an ingredient be removed. The only note option available relates to substitutions if an item is unavailable, not allergy information.

If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, I would highly recommend ordering directly through the store rather than through DoorDash so you can communicate those concerns directly and the restaurant can handle them accordingly because the bowl itself is absolutely worth trying!“

“We visited with ~20 friends this past Friday. They handled our group like champs. Food, service and drinks were all fantastic and expedited so quickly. I cannot sing their praises enough. Best nachos I’ve ever had.“

“Stopped in to Jimmy’s Market today and the advertising I’ve seen on how good their food is was definitely accurate. I ordered a Brennan which was chicken fingers, American cheese, delicious bacon, topped with a nice honey mustard. Definitely very tasty. My buddy ordered a steak and cheese with mushroom, pepper and onion. It looked amazing and he said it was delicious. They were busy celebrating 50 years in business and there is no wonder why they’ve been so successful for so long. We definitely recommend stopping by!“

“First time there, was on a whim due to a Google search for burgers. Snappy Patty’s did not disappoint!! The cheeseburgers, tots, and beignets were on point!! Delicious, well cooked, and well seasoned!!! I’m from the south and this is the FIRST place I have ever recommended for burgers. The decor is phenomenal!! The colors and pics on the wall.. you have to see it!! Everything from Sesame Street, Star Wars, to classic rockers are present on the walls!! The music is the perfect level!! You can talk and have as conversation, but still have background music. Something I have found is not always the case. The staff is unbelievable. I felt like I was a regular that had been going for years! The communication with ordering to hid the staff works senselessly together is an added bonus to this experience. Yes, experience.. when all your senses are activated.. a restaurant/bar isn’t just a place for food and drinks. It’s a place that comes to life. “First time visiting and we ordered the Bun Ga Nuong combo. It came with two pieces of shrimp and a very generous portion of grilled meat—so much that I was able to enjoy it over two meals.

This was a takeaway order, and unfortunately I only realized after sitting down to eat that the bag was missing the spring rolls that are supposed to come with the combo. On top of that, one of us has a severe peanut allergy, and the dish had peanuts scattered throughout, making it unsafe to eat.

I called the restaurant right away. The owner immediately apologized, acknowledged they had forgotten the spring rolls, and offered to remake the dish without peanuts. She also told me to keep the original order, which I appreciated.

When I returned, they apologized again and gave me a freshly prepared replacement along with three spring rolls. While it was inconvenient to make the extra trip, I was grateful for how they handled the situation.

In hindsight, I would usually check about nuts, but I didn’t recall seeing it mentioned on the menu. Typically, peanuts are served on the side to prevent them from getting soggy, so this caught me off guard.

Overall, great portion sizes and solid customer service recovery.
