My favorite Shabu restaurant.
Great value for everything you get! The variety of veggies and sides was great, hands down my favorite part! They also had white rice, prepared chow mien, pastries, and fruit. Oh and little containers of ice cream. We did have to wave our waiters down but it was no biggie, they were all very friendly.
Good deal for the price! Meat is good. Service could be better and side dishes/seafood aren't as good as some hotpot places. Sauce bar and broth could be better. Can be long waits sometimes.

Some hot pot ingredients may cause splashback due to the shallow pot, and it can be hard to get the attention of staff when busy, but once orders are placed, service is fast. Prices are pretty good since you can eat as much as you want, and the premium buffet offers a variety of proteins like beef brisket and tongue for less than $40. The restaurant also serves ice cream cups for a sweet ending. Overall, Happy Lamb is a fun and tasty spot, especially for groups and hot pot lovers.
