Santiago’s was our waiter and he’s so sweet so amazing and did a good job so friendly
I recently celebrated my birthday at Gato Exotico and had a wonderful experience. Our waiter, Santi, was incredibly attentive. As a customer with allergies to peanuts, tree nuts, and sesame, I was extremely impressed to see how cognizant he was about ensuring that I had a safe experience, both through helping me navigate the menu and through making sure to communicate my allergies to the kitchen.
