Best basque cake ever ever had in the US! It's also great that they offer small slices if you don't need a whole cake
I can't recommend Korean Momma enough! We ordered an OG Burnt Basque Cheesecake for my boyfriend's birthday, and it was honestly the best Basque cheesecake we've ever had. The texture was perfectly creamy and custardy with that beautifully caramelized top, and the flavor was incredible, not overly sweet and just absolutely delicious.
