The food was okay, but the service was terrible. We sat for a long time before having to ask them to take our order. They didn't offer drinks or water. The glasses were filthy.
Food is ok. But if it wasn’t for the atmosphere and lively vibes, I would have never came back. The customer service was terrible, probably the worst I've experienced in Boston. I was left waiting for about 25 minutes just to place my order, and it seemed like no one really cared.
