I ordered at the counter and they added a tip to my bill without my permission. There was no way to cancel the tip without explicitly asking. An involuntary tip is not a tip, it's dishonesty.
We were around for a meeting and I wanted to show off the building where I used to live and where I boarded the T system. We ended up in Central Square and found this cafe where we enjoyed some very good coffee.
They skimp on the protein portions. My sandwich was flat and disappointing
