It's good to finally see that management is finally stepping up in here and correcting the staff from maybe more Ppl like myself will come more often now that it's back to serving the customers properly instead of throwing everything together in a messy way and charging full price for a pound of lettuce.

Standard Chipotle but the service here was great. The person at the counter kindly asked if I was picking up an order and checked to see if it was ready.l the order was also right. This is a stark contrast to both of the Chipotle in Palo Alto, California.
Do not ORDER ONLINE. Order in PERSON. I ordered my food at 8:45PM. On Google maps it says its somewhat packed so I decided to just order my KIDS MEAL for a quick bite. How the hell are you gonna make me wait over 20 minutes (40 minutes and 22 seconds to be more accurate) for a kids meal, a bag of chips? Chipotle Mexican Grill offers excellent food in person, although delivery is not recommended. The restaurant has good seating, although it can be loud. With consistently good service, this location stands out for its super customer service. This Chipotle in Cambridge is considered the best in the area, with better flavor, portions, and timely service. The team at this location always delivers an amazing experience.
The burrito/taco shop located near the Central Station on the Boston Metro Red Line offers not only burritos and tacos, but also salad bowls with rice and beans. The portions are generous.
However, the restaurant is routinely dirty. Tables rarely get wiped down, and floors rarely swept. Trash routinely overflowing. Management needs to ensure things get cleaned multiple times a day, not just at closing time. If the lobby is this unkempt, it makes you worry about the kitchen.
Some customers have reported being ignored by the employees while trying to pick up their app orders, while the employees would give orders to men who arrived after them.
