I I had an extremely disappointing experience here. When I arrived, I urgently needed to use the bathroom before placing my food order. Despite explaining that I intended to order, the staff member insisted the bathroom was for customers only. After some discussion, she reluctantly asked me to order first. When I asked why there was a difference, she coldly replied, "That's the policy." This response was not only unprofessional but also incredibly frustrating.

I was at this Chipotle, there was a hispanic woman very rude and agressive and angry, she didnt respond to the questions and when we wanted to change the drink, the normal coke with Zero coke, she aggresively beat the coke and throw the zero , she acted very rude! I wish I never went to chipotle and will never ever go again!

smaller portions than every other chipitle i've visited, also lied to me saying that the bathroom wasn't working (over an hour before close??) then said to their coworkers in spanish that they just didn't want to clean up after me in spanish (as if most americans don't study spanish in school lmao???)

Still misrepresenting prices..I no longer eat at Chipotle but stopped here for a pal. The menu continues to offer 2 prices for CHIPS AND QUESO but when you pay, the chips are an additional price. The menu has not changed and the employees/manager never honor what the menu reads.

The unkempt, uncomfortable on the eyes, heavyset employee is disrespectful to customers, and has poor hygiene. She should be fired. I should not have to smell human body odor, and receive service with a scowl while patronizing this place.

I must start by saying; as frequent customer the food at chipotle is always bomb especially when its the busy hours and the food is feesh. I ordered a bowl with extra chicken and unfortunately only got one serving of chicken. The atmosphere was also totally ruined for me and many others as there was a really smelly homeless man in a wheelchair with his chair prying the door open so the entire restaurant smelled like this guy.Now in no way, shape or form, am i here to down or make fun of the homeless but I would feel like as a business manager you have to weigh the odds of customer satisfaction and your own ability to empathize.For half an hour I sat and ate my food in disgust (and so did everyone else by the looks of the faces) with not a single employee deciding to take a stand by calling the police or even just asking the man to leave. They just let him sleep in the doorway!

This review is for this specific chipotle (because it tastes the same everywhere). Incredibly hit or miss. Sometimes fine, sometimes awful. Generally the cashiers are very nice and diligent, but the line staff is lazy and often rude. At least half the time they just roll up an open burrito in the tin foil that leaks all over the bag. How has every other burrito restaurant figured out how to fold a burrito but chipotle workers can't figure it out. Variable amount of ingredients every time and for some reason they'll put like a tiny piece of meat and half a lb of sour cream. I know they have to deal with mass Ave craziness but I've never seen a restaurant worker so clearly disinterested in their job. Just poor training and standards. Worst chipotle I've ever been to.

Don't order online.Ordered a protein bowl online and got an underfilled bowl with a nuclear level of hot sauce. Very underwhelming, wayyy to spicy.

I was a custoner yesterday at the Central square location.I witness a worker claim he was the manager told a young black woman that she could used the bathroom, he said no because she didnt buy anything then another customer gave her the number .The worker that cliam he was the manger turn around and said he was goin to call the cops on her for harassment but she did not do such things.The code didnt work in the mans door after he told her the woman was out of order when its clearly was not. He was very nasty to her and for that reason I will not be returning to that location.
