Staff are inattentive. Will continue to do side work or other tasks and let orders pile up while customers are in store waiting. Routinely understaffed.

Dunkin' offers fast service, even when the place is empty. Their chocolate drinks have a distinct taste, reminiscent of milk chocolate powder. The donuts are good. While drinks can vary in taste from day to day, the friendly employees make a difference. Beatrice at the register and a gentleman at the counter provide excellent service. The store has ample space and a bathroom, although cleanliness could be improved.
