Had a bad experience with your Logan (Boston) Terminal A location. Trash bins were overflowing. No forks in the utensils area. They missed an order of fries we ordered. And we asked for a to-go container and they said we were rude. I don’t know if your company is hurting financially and cutting your operating costs. But your customer service was terrible and will hurt you in the long run. The food was actually good, but the experience was ruined by your employees.
How do you sell salad and not have forks not having the tools to eat don’t make over priced salad taste better
