Batifol Reviews
We had our wedding at Batifol, with ceremony next door at the bakery. It was literally the most amazing experience. The Batifol team was extremely responsive, organized, and executed everything perfectly. The food was amazing - all of our guests said their Salmon and steak were cooked perfectly! And they allowed dietary changes for guests with all different kinds of restrictions (vegan, gluten free allergies). 100% recommend any day of the week. I also love their brunch and dinner...read full review

Batifol is a restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience. The ambiance, drinks, and service are consistently excellent, with customers returning multiple times. The menu features a variety of dishes, including the popular beef tartare, steak frites, and smoked salmon and leek eggs benedict, all reasonably priced. The food is excellent and arrives quickly, with generous portions of Eggs Benedict and omelet, as well as delicious oysters. Customers praise the delicious food, beautiful decor, and wonderful atmosphere, enjoying celebrations without shouting across the table. The lively and fun atmosphere makes it a great place for special occasions like birthdays. The front of house staff is attentive and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. Some guests noted that on hot days, the air conditioning isn’t sufficient, and service can be disorganized, with dishes delivered incorrectly or plates brought unordered. During special offers like dine out Boston, the value is excellent, with meals costing around 20 per person. The desserts, especially the crème brûlée and profiterole, are considered some of the best. While the onion soup may not impress everyone and can be small, the smoked salmon and entrees like Cod and Cordon Bleu receive high praise. Overall, the food alone makes the visit worthwhile, and the lively, beautiful setting keeps many coming back. Recent reviews mention very good food and excellent service, though some guests experienced issues with fruit flies affecting the food sitting out. The weekend brunch buffet was highly enjoyed, offering many sweet and savory options that leave guests full and satisfied. Thanksgiving brunch was also a hit, with delicious food, amazing desserts, and a welcoming holiday atmosphere. Lunch was appreciated, though service was sometimes inconsistent, with waitstaff not checking in or returning promptly. A basket of croissants is recommended as a special treat.
