“We had our engagement party at Zuzu's in mid May and it was wonderful! We already knew the snacks, desserts, and wine would be fantastic from our previous visits. What really stood out was how attentive Alexandra was throughout the process. She did an amazing job of setting up our food and bev choices and was very flexible when our guest count changed last minute. We had exactly what we needed and ended up with only a few leftovers. Everyone was so helpful on the day of the event as well! The space was arranged perfectly and already so charming that we barely needed to decorate. We received many compliments from our guests and of course we had a great time as well!“

“I hadn't been to Giulia since before COVID, mainly due to the extreme difficulty in getting a reservation during a desirable timeframe. Parking has become much more challenging in that interim. Still, enjoyed a great pasta dish and dessert with my out-of-town guest. Very generous wine pour as well.“

“This is one of my favourite sit down pizza places around Boston. I love the vibe of the place, especially sitting on their outside seating during good weather. The 2 times I’ve been here, both times I was amazed by the things I ordered. To add, I’m a vegetarian too, and the pizza I tried this time was the eggplant pizza, it was so good!! Must try for sure!!“

“I love when a place is so good I want to spend my uber ride writing about it. My friend and I popped in for dessert and drinks and I’m so happy we did. The apple cake was probably my best bite of the year so far. The girls working are the nicest most accommodating people ever. Everything about this place is intentional yet cozy. “An excellent dinner. Purple carrots! Lemon potatoes! Tahini mushroom with an egg! Blue fish! Good service. Guy ran down The block to return my bracelet which had fallen off! They give you the check in a Copy of the Constitution! Recommend but why are you not accessible! Such a contradiction of your stated philosophy. Should at least put it on your website with your apology“

“Had the Dine Out Boston 3-course fixed price. We loved the shrimp bruschetta and lobster burrata primi. Pork suga with radiatori was delicious, tender meat and sauce a bit spicy. Pork chop milanese was also very good, nice with the leeks; would have preferred the crust a little less crunchy. Some bread or potato would be a nice addition. The chocolate torte was really good but too rich for me (and yet I couldn't resist eating most of it). The panna cotta was heavenly.“

“We had our wedding at Batifol, with ceremony next door at the bakery. It was literally the most amazing experience. The Batifol team was extremely responsive, organized, and executed everything perfectly. The food was amazing - all of our guests said their Salmon and steak were cooked perfectly! And they allowed dietary changes for guests with all different kinds of restrictions (vegan, gluten free allergies). 100% recommend any day of the week. I also love their brunch and dinner menus. And If you want to have an intimate event, their event coordinators are out of this world!!! Thank you all for making out day so perfect!“
