“This is one of my favourite sit down pizza places around Boston. I love the vibe of the place, especially sitting on their outside seating during good weather. The 2 times I’ve been here, both times I was amazed by the things I ordered. To add, I’m a vegetarian too, and the pizza I tried this time was the eggplant pizza, it was so good!! Must try for sure!!“

“Great food and great service! I even got gluten free chicken parm and spaghetti which was excellent! They have a wonderful food and drink menu. Our server Jess was was excellent as well. The manager Nick greeted us when we came in and found us a great table by the window. So the bottom line is, this is a great restaurant and I'm so happy we found this little gem! We will be back!“

“I love when a place is so good I want to spend my uber ride writing about it. My friend and I popped in for dessert and drinks and I’m so happy we did. The apple cake was probably my best bite of the year so far. The girls working are the nicest most accommodating people ever. Everything about this place is intentional yet cozy. “Everything about Limoncello’s is terrific. I started back in the early 2000’s having lunch when visiting family that lives in Chelsea. Then we came this past summer for my son’s 10th birthday. We dined there Friday and Saturday night this past weekend because my son loves it so much. If you haven’t tried it, then get there! It’s the best I’ve had in the North End! Maurizio is a gentleman and his family treated us wonderfully. Chico is a great server and LuLu is quick witted, kind, and BEAUTIFUL! Every staff member was great…especially one person that really made my boy feel special.“

The dessert is the only one that was dissatisfying - strawberry matcha tiramisu felt more like a cake and didn’t fit into Italian flavors. Maybe other options are better. The vibe of the place is quiet and intimate, not too fancy but a nice smart casual would be the most appropriate.“

Easily had the best chocolate croissant I’ve ever eaten here, and if you’re able to, a fresh out of the oven slice of their pizza is amazing. “Mark and Toni's might have a bit of an outdated atmosphere, but their food is really really good. I eat out about once a week, and this is usually my go-to place 50% of the time. Their side of chicken tenders is the best in the area, the meatless sub is super well balanced and has excellent flavor, and they have good other things too (fries, chicken parm, etc.). I will say that their pizza is mid.“

“My favorite restaurant in Somerville. The North End gets a lot to hype but this is the best Italian food in Boston, and probably my favorite restaurant in the whole city. I would recommend the pork chop (with potatoes and roasted vegetables) and espresso martini, but everything here is good.“
