One of the best Italian restaurants I’ve been to. I got the wild boar pappardelle and I highly recommend it.

I hadn't been to Giulia since before COVID, mainly due to the extreme difficulty in getting a reservation during a desirable timeframe. Parking has become much more challenging in that interim. Still, enjoyed a great pasta dish and dessert with my out-of-town guest. Very generous wine pour as well.

Giulia is an intimate, romantic Italian restaurant. I was happy with the service and atmosphere. The food had some big hits and some slight misses. The semifreddo for dessert and the chicken liver crostini were excellent and were the highlights.

On the other hand, the warm semolina cakes weren’t warm and I found them to be a bit dry and tasteless, which was disappointing as I knew they were highly recommended. The wild boar pappardelle was excellently made and looked...read full review
