Classic burger was so good. Fries were perfect. I love the ordering method and the service was fast and professional and pleasant.

Fell short of expectations. The burger was ok, but watching the cook smoosh the pattie over an open flame was painful.... All that flavor wasted... The fries came out of the freezer and into an oven..so they were mushy and lacking flavor. A few simple changes could make this place really good.

The truffle hamburger was very small for the price ($11) and had minimal truffle sauce and combined with the truffle fries ($7), I don't think the value was worth price paid (combined with a drink/tax/tip, comes out to ~ $25). However, the bowls are filling, no sides necessary, and therefore feel to be of greater value.I have ordered the eggplant meatballs several times as well as sweet potato fries. I liked both but I know the fries are hit or miss for some folks.

Food was fine but service was horrible. Staff do not care and were low-key rude.
So my grilled buffalo chicken burger was great. Fresh and flavorful. My mushroom and swiss burger, I removed the swiss and and added mayo- which they forgot, and it hardly had any mushrooms on it. It wasn't very good at all. My sweet potato fries were mushy. The ice tea and lemonade was very good. It was just super disappointing for what I paid. You get your own drinks and initially the kid working handed me dirty plastic cups and I had to go back and ask for ones that were clean. Disappointing that B.Good was not not good, just okay.

Surprisingly expensive for a tiny mediocre veggie burger. The patty has the consistency of mushy beans, but with less flavor. I don't know if they forgot to put on some toppings and sauce, or if they usually put almost nothing on the burger.Vegetarian options: The veggie burger is absolute mush. Very scant on toppings, so it's basically just a mushy patty on a bun.

Burgers were pretty bad. Burned outside, raw inside. Fries were ridiculously small for price and regular fries were hard & dry, sweet potato were soggy. House sauce was yuck. Only thing good was local beef and ok price.
