“The ladies in the morning drive thru are very friendly and easy to converse with. My orders were always correct. I did get the bagel everything bites that were hot on the outside and cold on the inside. My lattes were great. Prices are good. Speed of service was good. Definitely enjoyed using the drive thru.“
“This atmosphere is very busy at lunch time not a place to relax but a great place for fresh food and coffee. The staff were constantly running. As I sat and watched them and ate my food they did an excellent job. Almost sold out on donuts.“

“This Dunkin is a good stop. They have definitely made some very good improvements over the last few months. Hired more staff to help with busy hours. The staff is very friendly and can recognize returning customers, (they have my coffee already made when I get to the counter.) Some extra training, taking food order, and food prep for the new hires would help, but overall, Very good.
Parking: Parking along the street. Parking can fill up quickly depending on time of day and other local business operations. Be careful at Dunkin Delivery time. If you park out front the delivery truck could possibly block you in! (In the delivery drivers defense, they really have no other place to off load their deliveries at.)“

“Total props to these guys. There were only FOUR people working during the morning rush. Everyone was very nice, my order was accurate, and was ready within a very reasonable time frame despite the sea of people. Also they have eco straws now (plant based, not paper)!“

“Food is good , BUT WAITING FOR SERVICE IS INSANE... I I waited 10mins in drive thru for only 1 car infront of me n he was waiting longer n just drove off idk what their doing in that dunkins but their definitely losing customers due to their SLOWNESS!@@“
“For an extremely busy dunks (only one in maverick, with the other one about half a mile away) this one does very well. I order ahead before I leave my house and my food/coffee is always out within 5-6 minutes. They remember their regulars which is admirable considering the amount of people they serve in a day. People who have never worked customer service jobs (especially one that requires dealing with an extreme volume of costumers) should keep their negative reviews to themselves.“
“We didn’t have time for breakfast so after customs we looked for a place in the airport and decided to try Dunkin’ Donuts.
I ordered a bagel breakfast sandwich and my husband had the sourdough breakfast sandwich with a large coffee, large tea, and a half a dozen donut holes and all of that came to around $30.00. I thought the price was reasonable, more reasonable than a sit down restaurant would’ve cost us at the airport.
I would definitely choose Dunkin’ Donuts again over any other quick place to eat at the airport.“
