Dunkin' Donuts in Somerville

“It’s like an old school dunks in here. Always filled with folks hanging out gossiping over coffee. It’s clean. They’re always fast and accurate. The staff is friendly. The gentleman with the longer dark hair really seems to enjoy is his job and will banter with the regulars, he’s really kind and personable.

It’s really clean. Big parking lot. It’s a Dunks, it’s not here to reinvent the wheel on cheap coffee. Place your order, enjoy the atmosphere while you wait and head out for your day. What more could you need?“

“I usually have no problem but lately with the refreshers them being pre-made and I swear they mixed up the flavors because usually the strawberry dragon fruit is like a clear color and the raspberry watermelon is cloudy I've been getting the raspberry one instead of strawberry dragon fruit and the guy making it says it the right one“

“Busy and the workers go through so many customers so quickly! I think the part that I liked the most is how genuinely nice the team members were.

The 1 star deduction is because there were very few seats at the side bar, and I overheard many other customers complain under their breath that they couldn't find a seat.

Dunkin Donuts coffee isn't as strong as at other places, but it sure tastes good!“

“All DD's are differant, depends on the staff, I seem to find the ones that serve the older left over ice coffee that has a strong taste and the prices are to much for iced mud.When you find the ones that use fresh iced coffee stick with those good stores.“

“Workers here are so kind! My coffee was made perfectly (which cant be said for every Dunkin). I also came late in the day and they were out of what I mobile ordered, but the workers were quick to offer me substitutes and were very sweet about it :-)Definitely love this location!“

“Clerk was rude and disrespectful. Couldn't get off his phone and speak directly to me. Only his back. Ordered Zig-Zag wraps. 4 to be exact. Price on package is $1.49. Dude is charging $2.50/ea. When told that he can't charge like that, he told me he could. So I only bought and paid for 2. I've posted a picture.“

“The employee was actually pleasant and the food was fresh and good. My coffee was made perfectly . They worked quickly and effeciently. It was impressive . I ended up falling asleep writing a paper at the table, To my surprise the employee woke me up and asked if I was ok or needed anything . Handed me a water and told me. He just wanted to make sure I was alright . And told me I looked tired . I was safe and could rest up a while If I needed . That's the level of compassion care and non judgemental attitude that is needed in this world now more than ever .“

“Duncan Donut would have creamed Starbucks if they kept their coffee at $0.59 and had lovely venues like this one, You just can't beat Duncan Donuts coffee - very light, with extra creme. Take home a bag of ground coffee and you'll be pleasantly surprised.“

“They’re always on top of it at this location. They always listen to drink modifications and it’s usually not busy after the morning rush.
They all deserve higher pay and more staffing because it does get busy. Appreciate you all!!“

“Walking into this Dunkin makes you not know what to expect. The floor has coffee all over it and the place is dirty as can be. The only reason I am writing this review is because much to my surprise the man who made my hot latte did an exceptional job. Not only was it foamy at the top (which never happens at Dunkin) but it was ACTUALLY HOT (which also rarely happens at Dunkin). This went above and beyond my expectations.“
