I placed my order at the wrong address but when I explained the situation to the women behind the counter, they replaced my coffee quickly with no charge!! Such quick and kind customer service warms my heart.
I love this location, especially when Genesis is there ! I’ve never met someone more kind at a dunks. I usually find her working alone and sometimes it’s busy and she keeps the line moving ! She deserves some recognition, she IS THE BEST !
