“Dunkin donuts at Ashmont station is excellent. Shaunty and Skylar are two wonderful women. They are kind, understanding and makes my coffee GREAT. I love going there every morning to get my cup of coffee. Staff there is great and quick. “Very disappointed, I order a large hot matcha latte, and the lady replies that she will put ice cubes in my warm drink, I don't know why. I got a cold matcha latte as I asked for it hot. The price is not what was quoted instead of paying $4.29 the drink was $4.79. It's wrong to not display the real prices of your drinks on the board. When I said they were a problem of price they told me it's normal we increased them... not fair“
“Dunkin was awesome this morning, my friend Pastor James who preached at our church got together with me on his birthday no less, and treated me out to a snack at Dunkin donuts I enjoyed the conversation and fellowship I had with him as we discussed certain things and we both have one thing in common we love feeding and talkin to the homeless, I was homeless over 4 years so I absolutely get it! We both feed the homeless as we receive Food or can buy food to share with them! I'm glad I got to know him better today and I wish him a happy birthday! Had an awesome time with him as we got to share different subjects! I had a snack and a Coke, and he had a coffee I believe and a cream cheese bagel! And it was his birthday I should have bought him breakfast, but instead he treated me out to this breakfast! That was pretty awesome I glad I got to know him better, he's a great individual friend and preacher as well! So I really enjoyed my time with him and I was grateful for that! “I ordered a Cofee Colatta (frozen coffee) French Vanilla flavor with whip cream, the costomer service was fine, there was a bit of a wait and when I finally got my colatta it had chocolate swirl on it, which I didnot asked for it, this hapoened here, and similar incident happened at a Dunkin location in Cambridge, I just wish that when filling the orders, they would asked first before adding or assuming you want something added to your drink without , verbally the customer consenting to it, I asked the worker, to redo my colatta which he did and saved the day??“
“A Small Dunkin shop in Stop and Shop. The Attendent is fast and knows how to make a coffee. She works alone most of the time so be patient please. Always and everyday a friendly welcome. Newcomer Javonny is also excellent. Always speedy and clean. Let's be honest. This is not a easy job. “I went in here this morning and the woman that took my order was very upbeat, through and she has a glow. She repeated my order back and she was very clear and easy to understand. The gentleman that made my hash brown was very fast and pleasant. Great experience here so early in the morning. I came here 4 times and had to leave a review the people are nice and pleasant. “My experience was great and this location has improved significantly. People named it can't get right and they used to be so slow making your order and still didn't get it right. Not sure if it's under new management but I definitely see new staff and the service is much better. I stopped going there because they would mess up my friends coffee and my tea, even though it was written on the cup what we wanted. We decided to come back after a while to give them another chance. P.S. I miss the lemon for my tea so I started getting the Chamomile tea with almond milk which is so delicious“
“This dunks is always hustling and bustling esp in the the morning. It's location is pretty much a hole in the the wall but it does have a walk-by take out window during the nicer weather. The staff here are very attentive and focused. Hard working esp. the woman with the blonde braids wish I knew her name to recommend and compliment her work performance she is amazing at how she handles her team of crew around here and the customers. She deserves to be manager if she isn't already!“
