I ordered a Cofee Colatta (frozen coffee) French Vanilla flavor with whip cream, the costomer service was fine, there was a bit of a wait and when I finally got my colatta it had chocolate swirl on it, which I didnot asked for it, this hapoened here, and similar incident happened at a Dunkin location in Cambridge, I just wish that when filling the orders, they would asked first before adding or assuming you want something added to your drink without , verbally the customer consenting...read full review

Fast and friendly service with a smile. Coffee the way that you like it for the most part. This review isn't a 5 star review because the coffee itself is watered down. Gotta step it up on the coffee dunkin.dunking. Don't start slacking now because you by hint you've made it.

I use to be a frequent flyer at this Dunkin'. But recently, with this new crew, they are constantly getting orders wrong. Whether I mobile order or in-store, there's always something missing or wrong. The manager and her staff are very rude.
