I'm starting to feel like this is more of a three ring circus, then a functioning Dunkin' Donuts location I ordered through the Uber eats app. I ordered a dozen donuts and a couple of breakfast sandwiches to my surprise. When my order was delivered I did not receive my box of donuts, which cost almost $20 on the Uber Eats app, I contacted the Uber driver to figure out what happened. He tells me that he confirmed with the women at the Dunkins and everything is supposed to be there. It wasn't I explained that the donuts were missing and he should've probably checked the receipt to ensure all items were there. Of course nobody from this location picks up the phone because I'm still looking for my box of donuts they forgot to send. No resolution from either parties

Depends on the crew you get can be really hit or miss. The weekend crew in general is with avoiding.

Coffee was luke warm and I didn't have time for them to brew a new pot.... frustrating when you get an old cup of coffee..
Anytime I place an online order, they get it wrong almost every time (either it’s missing something or something isn’t ready yet…regardless how long I wait before picking it up). They’re extremely short staffed (ALL THE TIME) and The staff is not the friendliest, they always seem to be upset for whatever reason.I hate that this location is the closest to my house!!!
Norfolk employees order from here all of time and todays latte and coolattas are watered down and flavorless, taste like they ran out of product with our drinks. Need a refund on the matcha and strawberry coolattas
