Had a 2$ medium iced coupon on my phone.. girl at the register scanned it TWICE on my app & the computer along with her - refused to take the money off- asking me to pay 5$ for an iced coffee when I use the app and the deals on the app all the time. The girl at the counter just said "well there are people waiting behind you who will pay full price." So ignorant! 'What do you want…' is what I got when I was about to order. I asked her for a cold brew with cream in it. I say please and thank you. And she gives me the cold brew black. I simply say to her that I asked for it with cream and she just took it back and rolled her eyes. I said thank you and have a great day even after she rolled her eyes at me but she ignored me so that was unprofessional
