Ghetto Ghetto Ghetto. I ordered a bagel toasted with butter and they gave me a cold toasted bagle with butter that I had to put on myself. The service is horrible and they didn't give me any sugar or vanilla flavoring in my coffee the first time when I asked for it to be light and sweet.

I don't know why but regardless of how many time I ask for my bagel to be toasted dark they hand me a barely toasted bagel and then get mad if I ask that they retoast it.

Beware, this store scams and took balance from your dunkin account!!!On Aug 12, 2023, I purchased a cup of coffee at the store. A few days later, I found out that my dunkin account balance is zeroed by the store. Upon reaching out to dunkin customer service, I was told at the exact same time of my dunkin purchase, there is a second transaction by the store on my account that zeroed my account.Upon reaching the store many times, the store still could not offer an explanation.Beware, if you have purchased at this store, check your account, this store may be taking money away from you!!!

Had a 2$ medium iced coupon on my phone.. girl at the register scanned it TWICE on my app & the computer along with her - refused to take the money off- asking me to pay 5$ for an iced coffee when I use the app and the deals on the app all the time. The girl at the counter just said "well there are people waiting behind you who will pay full price." So ignorant! She refused to use the app coupon code even though it scanned saying that at this Dunkin they don't take it.. but she scanned it lol. Extremely rude.. I'll now walk further to get a coffee from a different spot.

Disappointing for the weary traveler. Acidic, burnt tasting coffee. Chocolate donut tasted like rancid oil. A true bummer.

Doesn't actually open at 5:30. Leave south station towards down town crossing and find other coffee shops. They also don't do any sandwiches or warm food.

'What do you want…' is what I got when I was about to order. I asked her for a cold brew with cream in it. I say please and thank you. And she gives me the cold brew black. I simply say to her that I asked for it with cream and she just took it back and rolled her eyes. I said thank you and have a great day even after she rolled her eyes at me but she ignored me so that was unprofessional
