In town for lunch, stumbled upon a place advertising Lanzhou Niu Rio Mian!! Had to try it out! 8/10 not bad for something outside Lanzhou. Noodles were good had some chew and not overcooked, broth was on point! Chilli oil wasn't bad but the beef could be improved, should be drier and a brisket type cut, this was more chewy consistency like beef tongue. Skewers were great and their home made soup dumplings were on point! Best Lanzhou Nio Riu Mian in and around Boston.
The food was delicious and the service was great! We didn't have a reservation but were able to be seated in about 10-15 minutes. The Lanzhou beef noodle was flavorful and satisfying. The overall ambiance was also great. The restaurant was clean and decorated beautifully.

Quick service! Friendly staff! Inside was decently spacious and had dimmer lighting. Got the beef noodle soup and the noodles were nice, soup not too spicy, the beef was very thinly sliced and tender, also had lots of daikon that soaked up all the flavor. Solid bowl of noodle soup
