Deli of Course is a hidden gem right across from South Station. This local sandwich shop is great for a quick grab and go or a brief sit down. The staff is very friendly, and service is friendly and quick. There are tons of different options for every kind of eater. Great portions at a reasonable price, especially in this area of town. The chicken & steak kabob is delicious and pretty healthy, served with rice, salad, and a side of green beans. The chicken kabob is juicy, savory, and cooked to perfection. The russian dressing is the star of this place, sweet and savory. The Bostonian sandwich has turkey, ham, salami with Cole slaw and all the standard veggies. Good deli pickles too. Prices are fair in this economy. A little under $12 per person. Huge value here. The only caution is the corned beef wasn't all that flavorful. Quality breakfast food and hot lunches at great prices.
