Consistent, tasty, and friendly staff. Reasonably priced lunches with large portions. Love the cordon bleu and steak kebob

Simple, consistent, and delicious food. The pricing is fair for how much, and quality of food received. Compared to other business around the area: this small business is a gem worth the money, value and time.Very little wait time: the individuals working behind the counter were competent, welcoming, and friendly. The store atmosphere is very early 2000s, so if that’s your thing: you’ll find no trouble. If you’re looking for a quick bite or some food with friends, this is top 5 option in the area.

Great Deli and quick service but DON'T get the pastrami. It was awful. Dry and flavorless. Other sandwiches were great but not the pastrami. Should have known better.

Been going since college. Every time that I work in Boston I go for a Kabob plate. Tastes EXACTLY the same as college.

Great breakfast and lunch options! I usually get a breakfast sandwich. They also have a great chicken, rice, salad combo. Their homemade cookies are great too!

Excellent spot to grab breakfast or coffee before you head on the Amtrak.- their omelettes are key, especially the meatlovers- sandwiches are great - had egg, ham, and sausage- limited on coffee selection (no espresso), but still greatFast service. Tons of construction workers getting their daily breakfast here.

Nothing fancy, but good food! Right by the train station. Breakfast was hearty and filling. I just wish the spinach and feta omelet had fresh spinach and not frozen.

Stopped here on the way home from the Boston Marathon and it hit the spot. Great old fashioned deli with an awesome selection of deli sandwiches and breakfast foods. The people were super nice and insisted on making a fresh pot of coffee after I asked if they had any more.

I came here because I wanted a sandwich and didn't want to get a sub from Al's because their bread is too hard. I ordered a sandwich from here and for it's size, it's overpriced. They have some hot food on display too, but it didn't look appetizing whatsoever. Customer service was good, but I'd rather get a sandwich from Al's to be honest.

This is an amazing breakfast spot that you won't regret. As others have mentioned, the portions are huge compared to what you can get in other places. The breakfast platter comes with potatoes, eggs, with 4 choices of bread and 3 choices of protein :)

If you're looking for something mind-blowing, Susan's is likely not the place. There are neither bells nor whistles here. However, for a quick breakfast or lunch that doesn't waste precious lunch hour minutes, it hits just the right spot. Quality is on point for a deli. Their ingredients are fresh and high quality. There's no sad lettuce, and the grilled chicken breast came off the grill less than 15 minutes ago and was cooked perfectly, real grill marks included! No-frills as it is, a hot piece of chicken combined with crisp lettuce and fresh tomato, topped with buffalo and bleu hits just the spot! The only thing missing is croutons, but that's a matter of personal taste, not a complaint. The service is very speedy and will have you out the door with your food faster than a McDonald's drive through. As with many of the places in the area, the lunch rush can be something to be beheld! If you're at the counter, be sure you know what you want. You don't want to be *that guy* who holds up the line! The portion sizes are filling without stuffing you like a Thanksgiving chicken. More important than portion is value. In light of the area, and record inflation, their prices are very reasonable for what you get. They do not skimp on the proteins either, which is always hugely appreciated! Finally, believe it or not, I don't have any quibbles worth writing. I am not going to put them on blast for one minor assembly issue once. I might be a tough critic, but I try to be reasonable! Susan's exceeded my expectations both in their service and quality, as such, I feel the 5th star is warranted.
