Outstanding Customer Service, hard working professional staff. Coffee, expresso and food all fantastic when the franchise delivers high standards. Ordering, dining area and rest room very clean. It was kinda busy. Don't like really going to this specific one bc their is always someone outside asking for money and that makes me uncomfortable. Plus I don't feel safe. Apart from that they had three employees on hand. Somewhat friendlyA bit busy bc of the morning rush. The only part when taking the order for the pastries the employee charged us but didn't ask what was it that we wanted after charging us to place in the donut box. Other than that it was okay.
