Terrible service. Guy seemed irritated that I was there and barely spoke to me while talking my order. Not looking for a conversation but some semblance of acknowledging my presence would have been nice. Made one of my drinks and then immediately went and sat down and played on his phone right in front of us. Then, after a few minutes, got up and made the second drink. Again, never said a word. To top it off, the place is gross and dirty. Would not recommend.
The Employees here will not speak a word to you when you greet them. I am NOT looking for a full out conversation with you while getting my morning coffee, but I mean, just blink or something to acknowledge a "hello, or good morning".... It's just so wildly rude and dismissive. Oddly enough the 3 stars is because they make a consistently good iced coffee. I always get 4 at a time, so that I don't have to go in here alot.

America runs on dunkin? More like America crawls on dunkin. The experience is the same. No one who works here cares there is a line, ignores you till they want to help you. Just disappointing. They need to look into hiring new staff.
