Waited 36 minutes for a coffee chiller that never came. I asked for a refund and was told I needed the physical card, even though I paid through the app with Apple Pay.
The manager’s solution was for me to leave, come back later with my card, and get my $7.69 refund. After already wasting 36 minutes of my time, absolutely not. I had to be extremely firm just to get my money back.
