I avoid this dunks I have honestly only been in maybe three times but all three times I have had the most horrible service! They are severely understaffed and the staff that you have even in the morning rush go out a snails pace, mess up orders & truly poor poor customer service! I walked out of my way to go to government center where the dunks is so much better!
This Dunkin' location is amazing! All of the staff members are super kind and helpful. I once had a coughing fit before I was about to place my order and one of the staff members gave me a cup of water for no charge. I also love how in the Boston area that they serve maple frosted donuts at their Dunkins!
The worst experience of a Dunkin Donuts, staff under the influence and falling asleep during order, then trying to charge $77 when I only ordered 2 drinks and 2 donuts and then tried to argue with me that I ordered more.
Then allowed two order to drinks when none of the ingredients were in stock! Awaiting my response from customer service team.
