This is the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been to.I’ve given it several tries and every time the service is horrendous. The workers all give zero craps about doing their jobs. Twice I waited at the register for over 5 mins while 6 workers run around and don’t even acknowledge that you are even there.Somehow the food when you can get it comes out faster than an ice coffee.I work all over Boston, it’s a busy place, I have patience for workers who are busy but this is just flat not caring about your job or the customer. Good help is hard to find but I think my kids could serve people better faster and with a little more pride.Whoever owns this place you should go see what your store is like for your patrons. When the McDonald next store somehow has better service and atmosphere despite being overrun with homeless people then you should probably take a look at your mission as a business.

I am wicked impressed with that one guy who slowly makes and prepares each order, one item at a time. Great focus at 8am with more and more people standing, watching you, waiting with growing frustration.

As people said no restrooms. It is designed for a quick grab and go.Having said that the service here is awesome. As of the date of this review, the two, middle Eastern guys here are very kind and love what they do and that vibe is contagious. So great service.

The line fluctuates in size often. Luckily when I was at Dunkin' there was no wait. However, a minute later the line was almost out of the front door. Service was quick and efficient, food was great, and there was a counter to stand and eat food. While writing this review on July 21st, 2023, there are NO RESTROOMS. Therefore if you need to use the restroom, it's best to look somewhere else.Great food, efficient service, take out is preferable to dining in.Vegetarian options: Avocado Toast, most coffees, and other menu items are vegetarianParking: Not the best area to park given that you're right next to the Boston Commons. This Dunkin'is more fit for those walking around town, rather than drivers.

Nice Dunkin but the inside lounge area is closed off.

Very little line compared to the other Dunkin locations within a five block radius that I usually stop at, and super super nice staff, I had a cold brew cartwheel off the counter and they handed me a new one and didn’t make me feel bad about the small cold brew lake I created in their store. Thanks all!

They pretty much just straight lied to us and told us they forgot our order. I literally saw it on the screen. Took 30 minutes for no reason.

who's fresh Little daughter do they have working up in professional downtown Boston and you can't even get a coffee correct without her slamming things and have an attitude. You guys need to hire some more respectful young people because these young children that work in the morning, are just absolutely fresh. BAD BUSINESS.

Stood in line almost 10 minutes. One person behind counter for the most part not acknowledging the growing line. Then thinning and when other staff person comes out bathroom, no gift cards!!
