OMG! Cashier had a huge attitude. Wow, I don't know what her issue was, but I wasn't the only person who noticed it, just the only one who spoke up. Manners, customer service, negative attitude; I'm big on respect. I get it, she was there alone, but it happens. You still do not need to be rude to people who just need a coffee. First responder here, we are all just trying to get thru the day. Needless to say, I didn't leave a tip in the cup as I usually do
Placed my online order at 1:30 for coffee and an avocado toast. At 1:45, they finally put my tepid coffee on the counter with the avocado toast nowhere to be seen. After another minute, I demurely askd for the status of my toast, only to be sharply, rebuked for ordering food when the cook had already left for the day. After some back-and-forth, I got a refund. This is easily the worst, slowest, most pathetic Dunkin's anywhere - and I've been to a lot of branches. To start, I ordered a plain bagel and a small coffee. The cashier did not give me a receipt, saying that they would just call my order a few feet away at the pickup counter.
