I work at another Dunkin' in the greater Boston area and frequent this one when I use public transport. Every time I've gone the staff have been friendly, calm, chill. Being an essential worker in a pandemic is hard and working in a busy shop can definitely be stressful, but all the employees were handling it great. My wife ordered coffee by the app and my son and I went to pick it up. We ordered doughnuts while there. Service was quick and fast. We also felt valued as customers and encourage you to support this business.
