I went to this dunkin today to get a drink and a sandwich. one of the workers caught attitude because they were going on break. she even gave me the wrong size drink and forgot to add something i specifically asked for too.
If there's something Dunkin does well, it's providing a consistent product. After they introduced machines for cream and sugar, a large hot regular will taste the same anywhere! As such, no complaints are to be had, especially since this is not the format to re-ignite the Dunkin v. Starbucks v. Others.Where this Dunkin struggles a little bit is their layout. I don’t think they look at the details of the mobile order - they put whipped cream and regular ice when my order said otherwise.But at least they are usually prompt with my order, it’s ready when I get there
