I don’t think they look at the details of the mobile order - they put whipped cream and regular ice when my order said otherwise.But at least they are usually prompt with my order, it’s ready when I get there

I went to this dunkin today to get a drink and a sandwich. one of the workers caught attitude because they were going on break. she even gave me the wrong size drink and forgot to add something i specifically asked for too.

If there's something Dunkin does well, it's providing a consistent product. After they introduced machines for cream and sugar, a large hot regular will taste the same anywhere! As such, no complaints are to be had, especially since this is not the format to re-ignite the Dunkin v. Starbucks v. Others.Where this Dunkin struggles a little bit is their layout. In a triangular space, while waiting for your coffee, you're in a squeeze by the pickup counter. Finally, I've noticed that getting my coffee takes a few minutes than I am used to. However, I appreciate that being on the border of Downtown Crossing and the FiDi, there may be many mobile orders competing with people waiting. Those locations that crank out coffee at breakneck speeds have spoiled me!So, while there may be a few minutes longer wait, and waiting for your order feels like a time-out, this is a solid location for your Dunkin fix.

I have gone in everyday for the last 7 days, ordered the same thing every time and have received a messed up order every time. There is also a huge language barrier at this location too. Outside of that the staff was extremely friendly and nice.

One of my go-to Dunkin’ places around my office. No place to sit though. Just grab and go for a brisk walk with friends and colleagues. In rare cases my order got messed up or missed the baristas made it up pretty quickly.

Used to be good. Now the yuppies ruined it. If you want a floofy puff puff drink with swirls and such, take a hike across the street to Starbucks. The yuppies from out of state are making orders take forever because they want a dunkablizzard turboswirly. Give me and XL hot black and I'm on my way.

Today I went there and for the third time when I uncovered my order at my place of work they didn't give me what I asked for and for the second time they charged me twice for the same order I realized it because my bank sent me a notification I strongly recommend that you always ask your receipt ho make debit card
