This is not the greatest dunkins in the area. Today I went in to get a very simple order. A medium iced coffee with one cream and one sugar. Simple, yes? Well only 3 customers ahead of me, all of whom were just getting iced coffee, and it took 22 minutes to get my coffee. 22 minutes... with 3 employees and 3 customers. Quite the dunkin. I arrived and waited in a short line to make my order. The cashier was very nice. During my order, however, a woman came up and complained that she did not receive munchkins and she made it clear that she was in a rush and this was mot the first time this has happened to her. I felt quite bad for her. While waiting a nice man offered to sell me headphones for $2. I politely declined. Took less than 3 minutes to get me my meal. Walked home in the rain. This place is always swamped and the workers are incredibly patient with all of the demanding (and sometimes inpatient / rude customers). My coffee turns out perfect 9/10 times and I go here everyday before work. Very grateful for their hard work during rush hour and their ability to push past the negativity of some other patrons.
