I came in today at Dunkin’ donuts (434 massave) and ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant! The lady (benitha) not sure if she’s asian, Spanish or a mixture! Which is besides the point, she was the sandwich maker But she made me an egg and cheese on a croissant, I tried to catch her before she was putting it together but she totally ignored me. Then when asked if she can make it over, she told me that I didn’t pay for a bacon, egg on a croissant, when I clearly did! Even the nice lady who took my order said that I did. She had the nerve to tell the lady to make my sandwich because she wasn’t making it and took someone else’s order which is utterly rude and unethical and ignorant. I spend my hard working money there, to be treated however she felt at that moment. It wasn’t much to make the sandwich over again! I usually don’t write reviews but I felt like everyone should know about the incident that happened here! Please keep in mind employees at Dunkin' donuts, you don’t ever know who’s walking in the doors to order food! Be nice, kind and respectful and listen intensively.

I was enter inside this place make my order and then come late and the lady used scarf is so rude when I asked her something about my order also I heard her say to other customer him can’t used the bathroom she has no education for talking with customer!!!!
Breakfast was good but needed some sort of sauce, it was a bit dry so got some mayo packets and put them in. Very generous portion.

This place is always swamped and the workers are incredibly patient with all of the demanding (and sometimes inpatient / rude customers). My coffee turns out perfect 9/10 times and I go here everyday before work. Very grateful for their hard work during rush hour and their ability to push past the negativity of some other patrons.
