Boston runs on Dunkin, so they say. I mean, it's fine enough, but nothing to write home about. Location is convenient, just a few blocks from Boston Commons. Not the most cleanly DD I've ever walked into, it could definitely use a good scrub down with some disinfectant, but service was kind and you get your order quick.
Henry and Leo in the Proger Building were cleaning the shop so well and recommending the best donuts (my favorites are glazed blueberry and strawberry sprinkled ones)! I ordered the caramel craze iced signature latte, and they made it perfectly with not too much sugar and light whip cream exactly how I asked :) I bought more donut holes because they smiled so welcomely and put all customers in such a happy mood. Store employee didn't honor promotion after I activated it. So bc I activated it & added 1 donut, I still ended up paying for my entire order. That they should have honored & put it in as a no sale or actually just put the order in & explain to their boss later.
