When I visited twice I had two major issues. This Dunkin’ doesn’t not have a public bathroom which is a huge downside for me on my lunch break and needed a bathroom. Additionally, there scanner for the phone rewards doesn’t work. I went on two occasions and both times didn’t get anything because they could scan my app. Definitely disappointed in this Dunkin because if they did have a public bathroom and got a better scanner I would visit more often.
That is the worst Dunkin' donuts on Western Ave in Lynn ma. Not to mention that the employees in the afternoon are very rude and disrespectful and don't know how to take orders right and a very disrespectful towards customers I recommend that this Dunkin' donuts be shut down and the workers should be fired not to mention the manager should look into it.

I stop every morning to get my coffee, I was save my points, I decide to use today, but unfortunately, the manager said was only for hot tea and I get coffee, for a regular customer what is a big deal just let it go. It’s the same price, a tea and the coffee. Do you know how many times I buy things to get 400 points to get a free coffee ..is not that I want a free coffee every day, so next time be nice to a customer.
